Fastprime is a coordination app for ST-Elevated Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) and other critical emergencies such as stroke, trauma and amputation. It saves the lives of these patients by enabling team members to communicate through a secure, practical, mobile platform. It is a 'life-saving' mobile application that shortens the access times to interventions. It is integrated with GE EKG Devices and Muse system.
How Does Fastprime Work?
Ambulance/Emergency

12-lead ECG data is capured from GE EKG devices through the Muse system or as a photo or video from other devices.

It informs the team by entering the time of first medical contact and the time of departure from the scene.
Command Center
Tracks ambulance locations on the map in real time.
Examines the sent ECG data.
Consults EKG and case with cardiologists when necessary.
Refers the case to the appropriate hospital. .
CARDIOLOGIST

Makes STEMI decision by examining the information and ECG data of the cases consulted.

01. Shortens Door to Balloon Time

It is a critical practice that the 12-lead ECG data of STEMI patients should be obtained and sent from the field by ambulance teams.

Fastprime-GE MUSE Integration
Fastprime works integrated with GE EKG devices and GE MUSE ECG Management system.
Data obtained from GE EKG devices are transferred to Fastprime application automatically and instantly, allowing the process to be started very quickly.
The GE MUSE system's ability to access and compare patient's previous ECG data provides additional support in STEMI and Percutaneous Coronary Intervention decisions.

Secure
In Fastprime, patient information is stored in a secure environment. Ambulance personnel, command center, emergency physicians and consultant physicians communicate in an end-to-end encrypted secure environment.
Practical
Fastprime is designed in accordance with the management flow of emergencies such as STEMI and Stroke. Its practical, flexible structure is suitable for speeding up the process in any case. For example, patient information can be shared quickly by taking a photo of the patient's ID photocopy, medications or reports. Opinions of several consultants can be taken at the same time. The nearest available centers to the scene can be listed.
Integrated
Fastprime works integrated with GE EKG devices and GE MUSE ECG Management system.
Modular
Fastprime has a flexible modular design. In cases where the case will be directed to the hospital directly, the ambulance teams can communicate directly with the hospital by waiving the command center. Emergency physicians can initiate the process in non-PCI hospital emergency departments. Fastprime can also be used as an in-hospital consultation solution.
Chronometers
In Fastprime application, 2 different chronometers start to work as of the first healthcare personnel's contact to the patient and the patient's entrance to the emergency room and continue until the case is concluded. Thus, "First Medical Contact to Balloon Time" and "Door to Balloon Time" parameters are followed. It also provides team motivation to reach target times.
Synchronous
Ambulance, emergency service, consultant physicians and technicians receive notifications at the same time that they follow the whole process in the channel created for the case. The entire team is synchronized until the case ends.
